Through Agora’s Train the Trainers program, we adapted ESG frameworks for small and growing businesses in Latin America. I designed learning modules, stakeholder maps, and diagnostics that translated global standards into accessible tools for PECs. By equipping consultants, we created a multiplier effect that continues to spread sustainability practices across the region. ESG here was not abstract compliance—it became a practical lens for daily decisions, helping small businesses strengthen resilience, competitiveness, and community impact.

Lighting Up Rural Mexico: Lessons from Co-Founding Iluméxico

As co-founder of Iluméxico, I designed the first community intervention model for solar electrification in rural Mexico. My work included guarantees, contracts, microcredit registration, and pushing the organization to reach marginalized regions like Guerrero. Later, as Director of Institutional Development, I led donor proposals and created Iluescuelas to electrify rural schools. Iluméxico was never just about solar panels—it was about building systems of trust, finance, and training that empowered families and communities to grow with clean energy.

Teaching Innovation: Designing, Structuring, and Learning Through UNITEC’s Pre-Incubation Programs

At UNITEC, I worked to transform pre-incubation into a structured journey rather than a set of isolated activities. We developed standardized rubrics, dashboards, feedback surveys, and the innovative Pasaporte Emprendedor—a system to track every student’s participation and competencies gained. My role was to articulate these tools into a coherent framework, ensuring simplicity for operators and rigor for academia. In three months, we left behind not just documents, but a system designed for continuity, learning, and growth.

At Agora Partnerships, I led the design of an impact measurement system that balanced rigor, usability, and adaptability. We unified indicators, standardized instruments, and built a catalogue inspired by IRIS+. More than compliance, the system became a culture of learning—connecting fundraising, program design, and entrepreneurs. For me, the challenge was to architect a structure that could evolve with the organization, proving that accountability and adaptability go hand in hand.
