Mariana Astrid González Pacheco

I’m Mariana González-Pacheco, a consultant and researcher with more than 15 years of experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainability across Latin America. My work has focused on designing and leading initiatives that empower entrepreneurs, strengthen organizations, and generate measurable social and environmental impact.

I co-founded Iluméxico, a social enterprise bringing clean energy to rural communities, and I have served as Director of Impact at Agora Partnerships, where I designed measurement systems and supported small businesses to grow responsibly. I also teach and mentor entrepreneurs, helping them integrate creativity, strategy, and purpose into their ventures.

This blog is where I share insights, tools, and reflections on building impactful businesses and resilient communities. It’s also a space to explore how curiosity, critical thinking, and innovation can shape a more sustainable future.
